Terms of Service / Términos del servicio

These terms govern the use of MegaFiles — Order & Product Documents (the "App"), operated by ecomm360. By installing the App you accept them. / Al instalar la App aceptas estos términos.

1. The service / El servicio

The App lets merchants and their customers exchange documents attached to orders, products, order lines and customer accounts of a Shopify store, including publishing the store's official invoice or credit note in the customer's account. Files are stored in the store's own Shopify Files library.

2. Subscription & billing / Suscripción y facturación

The App has a single plan billed through Shopify's Billing API: 14.99 USD / month with a 14-day free trial. Charges appear on the merchant's Shopify invoice. You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the App or cancelling the subscription from Shopify; no further charges apply after the current period. / Un único plan de 14,99 USD/mes con 14 días de prueba, cobrado por Shopify; cancelable en cualquier momento.

3. Merchant responsibilities / Responsabilidades del merchant

The merchant is the controller of the documents exchanged through the App and warrants that they hold the necessary rights over any content they upload or share, that the content is lawful, and that they inform their customers about the processing as required by applicable law. / El merchant es el responsable del tratamiento de los documentos y garantiza que su contenido es lícito.

4. Acceptable use / Uso aceptable

Uploading malicious or unlawful content is prohibited. Every file is scanned (antivirus and content inspection) and the App rejects executables, active content and infected files; we may suspend service to a store that repeatedly attempts to distribute harmful content.

5. Availability & support / Disponibilidad y soporte

We make reasonable efforts to keep the App available and monitored, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support: sat@ecommsistema.com.

6. Intellectual property / Propiedad intelectual

The App, its code and its branding belong to ecomm360. The documents exchanged through the App belong to the merchant and their customers; the App claims no rights over them beyond what is needed to provide the service.

7. Liability / Responsabilidad

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ecomm360's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Files are stored in Shopify Files, so they remain in the merchant's store even if the App is unavailable. / La responsabilidad total se limita a las cuotas de los últimos doce meses.

8. Termination / Terminación

Uninstalling the App ends the service; store data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy (approximately 48 hours after uninstall, per Shopify's shop/redact). We may terminate service in case of material breach of these terms.

9. Changes / Cambios

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. / Los cambios sustanciales se anunciarán en la App.
